U connect Universal Life

Description

U connect is the new customer portal of Universal Life where you can have quick and immediate access to your insurance policies 24 hours a day.

Through U connect you can:
• Submit electronically your health policy claims
• Check your claim status
• Check your premium payments history
• Make useful printouts of documents (e.g. income tax statement)
• Check your policy effective/termination dates
• Check your policy benefits

Additionally you have access to:
• All necessary documents regarding your insurance policies
• Change your personal contact details
• The contact details of your insurance agent
• Access to My Digital Doctor*

In order to obtain access to U connect, you need to go through the subscription procedure. You can obtain a username and a password directly through the application or by calling 22882288 for more information.

The mobile application is offered in Greek and English and is available free of charge.

* My Digital Doctor is software powered by Mediktor that uses artificial intelligence, that provides information for prediction of the level of urgency, diagnostic prediction (pre-diagnosis) based on symptoms and signs entered by users. This information can be used to classify patients in order to prioritize their care based on the predicted level of urgency.
