Description

AdjusterMate is a mobile app which brings instant mobility to an insurance company for sending New Business or Claims related survey requests to the phone / tablets of a Surveyor or Adjuster on the field. Related documents can also be sent along with the request. The Surveyor or Adjuster can instantly record survey notes, take photos of the site/damage, Chat with home office, record a quick summary assessment, and send all this instantly back to the requesting company’s system. A surveyor or adjuster can work with multiple insurance companies thru the app. This greatly reduces New Business policy processing and Claims handling time.

AdjusterMate has an accompanying web application to manage New Business or Claims Survey requests. However, an insurance company can easily integrate their Policy / Claims system with the App using standard API’s available with the app.
