WIPE is one type of cleaner application. Which will allow to clean application's data, allow to uninstall applications, clear browser cache and cookies and delete any files or folders from device storage.

Cleaner application : This application required file access permission (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) to delete any files or folders from device.

Wipe app is a special app for business users who share devices with others. It helps them to delete all the data they have created or used on the device, such as apps, logins, files and folders. To do this, Wipe app requires full access to the device's files and folders. Wipe app is not a standalone app, but an add-on app for MDM (Mobile Device Management) systems. This means that it can only be set up and controlled by the MDM administrator, not by individual users. Wipe app is not intended for personal or consumer use, but only for business purposes where devices are shared and managed by MDM. So please grant All Files Access Permission to this app.
