Description

Simulation training is a mandatory component of online training, which uses a model of professional activity in order to enable each student to perform tasks in accordance with professional competencies.
The simulator was developed as a supplement to the online syllabus course "Technology of Ukrainian borscht cooking", qualification cook 3, 4 categories.
The simulator of the hot shop of the restaurant is a training application both for those who master the profession of a chef, and for those who want to get acquainted with the process of working in the restaurant.
Features of the simulator is a convenient structure of the simulator, which allows you to practice individual components of the process: selection of equipment, tools and kitchen utensils; organization of the cook's workplace; selection of the necessary raw materials for the preparation of Ukrainian borscht.
This simulator allows the student in a simulated environment close to the real professional environment (hot shop), step by step to perform tasks and get the result of their educational activities.
It ensures that the learning process is carried out at one's own pace and that tasks are repeated to improve one's own results.
