The Post Office app is the innovative service for sending Telegrams, Registered Letters, Ordinary and Priority Mail via Poste Italiane throughout Italy in just a few seconds and paying bills. Everything directly online!

With the Post Office App you can send your correspondence and pay any type of bill from the office, home, wherever you are.

The service is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All shipments sent will be delivered to the recipient in paper format, just like a telegram, registered letter or letter sent by a traditional Post Office.

Plan your mailings and check costs and contents before sending, without risk of errors. All services include:
■ black and white printing on A4 paper
■ folding and bagging
■ postage in accordance with current legislation
■ delivery to the recipient
■ delivery notice (option);

You can create the message by writing the text directly from the editor or by uploading PDF files or images.
Using the App does not require registration and allows you to pay via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or top-up.

FIND YOUR SHIPMENT
You can monitor your shipment directly in the App. Enter the tracking code of your registered or priority mail in the TRACKING section and check the delivery status

DELIVERY TIMES
Telegrams, registered mail, ordinary and priority mail directed to Italy are delivered exclusively on weekdays.

RECOMMENDED
The registered letters are delivered according to the following quality objectives:
■ delivery in 4 working days beyond the shipping day for 90% of items
■ delivery in 6 working days beyond the shipping date for 98% of items

The return receipt will be returned to the sender in 5-10 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)

TELEGRAM
Telegram delivery times depend on acceptance times:
■ by 7:00 am, delivery occurs on the same day for at least 90% of items
■ by 12:00 pm only for metropolitan cities, delivery takes place on the same day for at least 90% of items
■ after 12pm, delivery takes place on the working day following the day of acceptance for 99% of items

In all the locations included in the list of municipalities with delivery on alternate days, delivery takes place on the second working day following the day of acceptance for 99% of consignments

MAIL 1
Poste will deliver priority mail according to the following quality objectives
■ in 1 working day following the day of acceptance for at least 80% of items
■ within 4 working days following the day of acceptance for at least 98% of items

MAIL 4
Ordinary Mail delivery times are:
■ 4 working days following acceptance of the order for 90% of shipments
■ 6 working days following acceptance of the order for 98% of shipments

For online shipments, the following processing times are added to the indicated delivery times: printing on one working day (T+1), if the shipment is accepted by 2pm from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

BULLETIN
Pay any type of bill directly online in a few seconds and with a payment receipt. Possibility of completing the bulletin also via QR Code.
