Description

Application for pediatric ICU that allows the user to calculate the doses of the different medications based on weight. The features are:

- Calculate age from date of birth and vice versa.
- Estimate weight based on age.
- Calculate doses of different medications.
- Navigate through the different medication areas by sliding.

Application Instructions:

- On the initial screen, enter the child's date of birth (DD-MM-YYYY format) and their weight, if known. If you don't know the weight, check the “Estimate weight” option.
- Weight will be estimated following the Advanced Pediatric Life Support (APLS) 2011 formula.
- Once the date of birth and weight have been entered, touch the button with the calculator symbol to obtain information on medications and airway material.
- Medications and airway material will be displayed by sliding to the sides of the screen.
- The letter "i" will be found several times, which will show additional information on the drug in question when you touch it.

Please note that the creators of this App will have no liability in relation to its use in clinical practice. Although we have taken extreme controls and checks to minimize the possibility of errors, the user must know that he is responsible for the medications and the material used in the stabilization of the pediatric patient in his care.
