In 1990 he began his growth path in the world of almond paste decorations, becoming a reference point for important magazines and organizing numerous exhibitions in Puglia.

In this period he continues to organize buffets and prepare dinners for a few close friends, specializing in the creation of increasingly unique and personalized pieces.

The passion for almond paste decorations leads Nilde to experiment with salt dough, becoming a great teacher in the sector.

In 1996 the DIY Courses Center opened in Taranto, a real machine of ideas. Here they organized courses in haute cuisine, decorations, DIY, patchwork, salt dough, pastry, etc. The center was the reference point for many people eager to learn.

In 1999 Nilde managed the Crazy Italy ice cream parlor located in the Auchan gallery. The project was to make ice cream a seasonal food, and thanks to his imagination, Crazy Italy has always been the meeting point to enjoy a real artisan ice cream all year round.

During the 6 years of management of the ice cream parlor, Nilde has participated in numerous refresher courses, fairs such as Sigep, always remaining informed on the latest trends. In 2004 the ice cream parlor became part of a large bar-diner project, where the idea of ​​ice cream was revisited as a secondary element, so Nilde decided to leave. During this period the idea of ​​a dessert atelier was already born that could reflect the ideas of the passionate Pastry Chef Nilde ..

This is how, with many sacrifices, in March 2006 Nilde Dolci Creazioni opens, a high-level pastry shop, with always innovative desserts and personalized cakes for all occasions.

From a real family business, the pastry shop has transformed into a large company, and the need to expand production spaces has crossed with the desire to give the customer an ever new image suitable for high quality products.

So in 2013 -Nilde Pasticcerie- a brand was born that also through online sales aims to become a reference point in Cakedesign.
