House Estimo is a simple, but powerful building / construction estimation & costing system designed for
use by general contractors, DIY builders, architects and quantity surveyors. The app allows you to
quickly create professional quantity estimates for small to medium sized masonry construction projects.

STEP 1 – CLICK ON PROJECTS: Setup a new projects by clicking. Your new project will be opened
STEP 2 – GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The next step is to enter relevant work data that needs to be done of your local building.
General description options like length of center line , T - junctions , floor to floor height , height of door ,
length of windows , number of doors and windows etc..
After entering description click on save .
STEP 3 – WORK SPECIFICATION: Once the data has been entered click submit the results will be
displayed. specification works have been set up successfully, project data with quantities taken from the
proposed building’s floor plans will be saved & Calculated results will be displayed.
Result can generated in PDF.(Quantity Bill)
