Description

The “VOC Sheets” application is integrated into the care pathway for patients treated with oral chemotherapy. It contributes to strengthening the city-hospital link by responding to a demand from liberal professionals; it also constitutes a reliable source of information that is easily accessible to the patient.

In just a few clicks, the application allows you to download, print and share summary sheets for healthcare professionals and patients (also available in English for Patient sheets).

• Information contained in the sheets for the attention of professionals: reminder of the MA indications, presentation of the galenic form, conditions of prescription and dispensation, usual dosages and need for adaptation, methods of taking, monitoring and specific examinations to practice, description and consequences of major drug interactions, actions to take according to the grade of the adverse effect manifested.
• Information contained in the sheets for patients: general presentation of the medication, reminders on storage and handling conditions, methods and plan for taking the medication, what to do if the medication is forgotten or vomited, methods of contraception during and after treatment, health and diet advice and what to do depending on the adverse effect experienced.
