In the application, you can find the personal training programs prepared for you by the coach.

When making a training program, you can record the repetitions made and the weights used in your training program for each training session, which are saved in the memory. In this way, you can progress in your program in an upward direction by gradually increasing the weights or repetitions used in the exercise based on previous exercises. Through the application, your coach also monitors the development and makes the necessary changes to your training program, so that the training is positive and developmental.
