motostrengthcoach (MSC), DRIVERS OF ENDURANCE, STRENGTH, AND LONGEVITY SYSTEMS FOR TODAY'S ADVENTURE RIDER. Over the past 10 years, MSC has worked with adventure riders, war fighters, and the general population to design ADVriderFIT (Adventure rider fit). There has never been a more important time for adventure riders to be part of a structured physical training environment. As you spend more time off the trails due to weather or commitments, the more benefit you will derive from a customized program. The ADVriderFIT program is delivered on an accessible platform where everyday accountability can take place with riders around the world. MSC is able to increase your performance on and off the beaten path by incorporating progressive strength & conditioning training, implementing physical testing, recommending nutrition protocols, and using technology to develop and monitor progress.
