Body by Intuition

Description

Body by Intuition is a health and wellness movement designed to teach you how to listen and learn from your body. Everything you need to reach your goals is already inside you, all you need is to tune in to what it wants to tell you, get the road map, and hit the pavement. My name is Abby, and I'll be your guide.

Unlike most fitness, health, and wellness companies, Body by Intuition incorporates physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health to assist you in reaching your goals. The end goal isn't to look good (that's a bonus), the goal is to FEEL GOOD and to learn to have a healthy relationship with food and with your body. Learning to get out of a fear-based, anxiety driven way of thinking and into your intuition will get you there.
