Make taking phone orders and reservations from customers easy for your service staff. With the Phone Assistant smart application, the calls that are received will be paired with the account of the customer, so the service staff do not have to fill in the required data repeatedly. The feature is perfect for establishments offering food delivery.

Requires the Dotypos PoS application to work.

So how exactly does Phone Assistant work?
• Install the Assistant application on your smartphone and pair the application with your cash register.
• Once the customer calls, the Dotypos application will display an incoming call dialog box.
• After the call is accepted, either the already stored data for the customer’s phone number loads or the service staff can fill it in easily and it will be stored automatically for subsequent orders.
• The next time the customer calls, the Assistant will show the caller and their data.
