Your business with the TopazDriver App is easy—here’s how:
- Download the app and register with all requested details and uploads (i.e. Driver’s License, DVLA and Car Insurance)
- With Verification and approval completed the driver is ready to pick a rider the moment the driver comes online.
- The app uses the driver’s location to connect to riders close by for pick up.
- Drivers details including, car number, car model, picture and mobile number are displayed in order for riders to know who to expect.
- TopazDriver App will notify the rider upon the arrival of the driver and start of the journey.
- Upon arrival at the rider's destination, the app will calculate the total trip fare. Receive payment in the form of cash, mobile money or through credit/debit card.
- After the trip, you may rate your rider and provide feedback to help us improve upon the Topaz Taxi Services.
- Comprehensive training and support are given to each driver in addition to basic background checks for drivers and vehicle inspection.
