If required, the customer will be able to initiate an upload of a document or image by themselves to support their complaint. To do this, the app will offer the customer to select from either the camera, gallery or documents which will immediately upload the artefact. This cannot be paused during the upload process to ensure the upload has been successful. It cannot be re-started without the customer again choosing the relevant artefact.
