Bad Bus

Description

Customer complaint is very important information which may help to develop a better public transportation.Bad bus is a complaint management system which is monitor under the ministry of transport Sri lanka.

A simple unique app which citizens can easily download from the play store. With it's simple UI design users can add the subjective bus number, route number and they can select a complaint type from the provided types of complaints. By typing the incident briefly user can give the information about the incident and the app allows to upload media ex: images / videos.

We believe with this service we may able to give solutions for major issues which happening day to day public transportation system. Women harassment is a very big issue and the vast number of accidents which occur due to driver faults are increasing day by day. So as a good citizen its your responsibility to report us.

As soon as receiving a complaint the ministry admin panel will evaluate the complaint and forward each complaint to CTB, NTC and Sri Lanka police by category. complaints may categorize as
1. Complaints related Government buses - CTB
2. Complaints related private buses - NTC
3. Harassment complaints - Sri Lanka police
