Description

Reimagine how you share your most cherished spaces.

The Asset Sphere is a private platform that helps families manage and rent valuable properties—like vacation homes and retreats—within a trusted circle of friends and family. Whether you’re helping an adult child enjoy a beach weekend, coordinating an in-law’s anniversary getaway, or offsetting costs without turning your property into a business, The Asset Sphere puts you in control.

Unlike short-term rental platforms like Airbnb or VRBO, we’re not about listing your home to strangers. We’re about keeping the home in the family. The Asset Sphere simplifies trusted rentals through:

• Private Circles Only – No public listings. You decide who can request a stay.
• Custom Pricing & Permissions – Offer friends and family special rates or full gifts.
• Automated Scheduling – Set availability and roles. No spreadsheets, no confusion.
• Privacy by Design – We never advertise your property to the public.

Whether you want to preserve memories, protect your asset, or simply cover costs, The Asset Sphere offers a secure, intuitive way to share what matters—on your terms.
No algorithms. No outsiders. Just peace of mind and simplicity.

Please Note: There are two types of users on The Asset Sphere—Homeowners and Invitees.

• Homeowners can sign up today and begin sharing their second home privately with friends, family, or close colleagues.
• Invitees (guests) should not download the app unless they have already been invited by someone they know. If you’re hoping to stay at a friend or family member’s property, ask them to invite you to their private circle first. Otherwise, you will not see any available homes on the platform.
