W_W Wellness is the application made under the corporate welfare project CREDEM that will help you improve your lifestyle.
It becomes more active with W_W Wellness app and start collecting Moves. The measure moves movement: your every move generates a MOVE. The moves are independent of body weight; The moves are the best way to compare your level of activity with that of your friends. For example anyone who runs 10 minutes at a low intensity accumulates about 200 moves.
The easiest and fastest way to collect MOVE is to use a device to detect physical activity as Polar, FitBit, Garmin or mywellness key.
