This app is a tool to be used in the development of the Sonnenalp Wellness Program. It will allow you to: 1. Track all of your workouts 2. Incorporate wearable's and other fitness apps 3. Communicate with other partners and trainers 4. Track movements throughout the day - Moves are a measure of your daily amount of physical activity. The more often you move and the faster you move, the more MOVEs you accumulate. -Unlike the number of calories burnt, Moves scores are independent of the body weight, so they are a better way of comparing your activity levels with that of your friends. Find out your MOVEs score: -You can also choose to convert your MOVEs score into number of calories burnt, calculated based on your body weight. This app gives you the ability to access you exercise and lifestyle data anywhere, anytime. Sonnenalp Wellness Program offers services to all members at the Sonnenalp Club. The purpose of this program is to assist participants in enhancing their overall health and wellness.
