Personalised program: Access your training program with the touch of a finger and keep track of your results. View exercise instructions and training videos. Sign in and track your results from anywhere in the world when using Technogym equipment.
Virtual coach: Let the PARC Fit app guide you through your workout with convenience. The virtual coach will automatically move to the next exercise so that you can stay focused on the job at hand.
Outside of PARC: Keep track of your outdoor activities directly via the PARC Fit app. View your performance at a glance and sync data stored in your other fitness apps like Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.
Fun community: Join PARC challenges throughout the year so that as you train, you can track and improve your challenge ranking in real time.
Body measurements: Keep track of your measurements like weight and body fat and check your progress over time.
