Founded in 2013, THE ANGUS quickly became the reference for lovers of high quality meat and cooking on wood-fired grills. Located in an intimate and welcoming environment, the restaurant offers a vast selection of cuts of meat coming from the best pastures in the world, especially American ones, all with particular attention to certified selections of excellence. The venue can accommodate up to 60 seats, with an outdoor seating area of ​​40, and is available for private events upon reservation and different themed evenings every Thursday. The real specialty of THE ANGUS is cooking over wood-fired embers, which gives the meat an intense and irresistible flavour. Giuseppe personally dedicates himself to the management and cooking of the meat, constantly refining his techniques and knowledge. Thanks to its experience and passion for meat, THE ANGUS is able to offer its customers American cuts of meat not easily found elsewhere which it cooks expertly, enhancing their unique flavour. But it's not just the meat that is high quality at THE ANGUS: the restaurant also offers a rich selection of niche wines, favoring small producers to guarantee maximum quality and exclusivity to its customers. The staff is also available to recommend the right combination of food and wine, for a complete and unforgettable gastronomic experience. On the cutting board you will find a home-produced bresaola, from the choice of the cut of meat to the on-site maturation, visible in one of the maturers in the room, the other contains Florentine ribs in maturation. Also worth trying are the tartare and smoked meats, prepared with the same attention and care as the rest of the menu.

There is also no shortage of homemade desserts with old-fashioned ingredients.

THE ANGUS is closed on Sunday and Monday evenings, but is open all other days of the week to offer its customers a unique and unforgettable experience.
