The Clarabridge Inbox App is the perfect companion to your Clarabridge account. Please note that this app is available to all Clarabridge CX Social users excluding those on a free trial. CX Analytics Case Management users can also act upon cases and engage with customers through the app.

With the Clarabridge Inbox app, you can:
- Access your inbox from anywhere you take your mobile device
- Handle all interactions and directly engage with your customers right from the inbox
- See more details about specific mentions and view their history
- View the profile information of your influencers, prospects, and customers
- Publish and reply directly from your linked profiles, all from within the app
- Notify and inform all agents when a crisis plan has been activated
- CX Analytics Case Management users can handle case resolution and respond to customers via email directly from within the Inbox app.
