Description

- Using the mobile application and the machine identifier (NFC, QR), it is possible to report a machine malfunction so that the assigned worker or maintenance master immediately appears on his mobile phone with a request to solve it.
- The production worker can associate the failure report with the start of the shutdown of the given production equipment.
- The maintenance worker is informed on his mobile phone about all current maintenance requirements to be carried out. Reading the identifier of a specific device (NFC, QR) will show the maintenance person the required actions to perform on that device, thus avoiding performing the required maintenance on the wrong device, which can happen if there are multiple identical machines.
- Within the mobile application, it is possible to check the availability of a spare part needed for the repair of the device directly on the spot.
- When starting maintenance, the worker has at his disposal a history of repairs that have been carried out on the given device in the past. It also has complete documentation for the device, including drawings and diagrams. As part of the activity, it is possible to attach photos and other documents taken.
