Description

SWS Student is the application that allows learners, students, trainees, participants ... to certify their attendance at a training course using a digital signature on their smartphone or tablet.

This application allows you to sign your presence during distance or face-to-face training via 3 types of validation: secure proximity beacons (bluetooth beacon), rotating QR Codes, session codes.

LOADING VIA PROXIMITY BEACONS:

For face-to-face training, you can go to the room assigned to your training to detect the associated proximity tag. Make sure to turn on your bluetooth and authorize the location to use the application, your location will not be saved: this allows the system to detect that you are near a beacon.

The beacons guarantee attendance in training places equipped with proximity tags, and without any physical location of individuals, while respecting privacy and GDPR obligations.

Once the tag has been detected, the application authorizes you to sign in via the signature pad provided for this purpose.

QR CODE DISCHARGE:

For face-to-face and / or distance training, you can go to the training room or near your trainer where you will be displayed a QR Code that you will scan from the Student application. This QR Code changes at regular intervals in order to secure the remote signature.

Once the QR Code has been scanned, you can certify your presence by signing on the pad provided for this purpose.

CHECKOUT VIA CODE:

For face-to-face and / or remote training, the trainer or training manager can give you a code (on the board, by e-mail, by phone, etc.). You can then enter this code in the Student application to access the signature interface and sign in to indicate your presence.



Use of this application requires a subscription to the SoWeSign solution which provides the identification code necessary to start the application.

SoWeSign then generates attendance certificates, certified in accordance with Decree 2017-382 and guarantees the reliability of the collection elements thanks to audit trails, in the context of funding and CFA, OPCO, Regions, Pôle emploi, DIRECCTE, etc.
