Whether your fitness goal is to build endurance, strength or speed, it takes time to achieve the results you're after. The idea behind a progressive workout is to slowly build your fitness by pushing your limits a bit at a time.
The body adapts to your fitness routine so you have to continually challenge yourself in order to observe progress. That challenge could be a variety of things, from increasing your time, intensity, weight, sets, reps, or more. These are different ways to overload your body so that the body adapts and becomes stronger. Overloading applies when the intensity of the workout is above the norm and then the desired physical adaptation occurs.
The focus of this app is to apply the principles of a progressive workout by increasing the number of reps of your exercise by 1 each attempt at a workout. Firstly, create a workout, add exercises and then start a new workout.
