The Sugar community portal is where you can ask questions, discover events and rent items from other tenants. Once you submit a post, you'll quickly get responses from other residents and managers to help you out. You’ll also have the ability to send direct messages to others in your building and organize group chats.


Sugar also makes all your residential tasks super simple. If your property supports it, you can easily make rent payments right inside the app. You can also submit maintenance requests and check on the status of your requests. If your building is set up with keyless access, you can unlock doors and share digital keys with visitors from inside the app.
