Description

The main objective of this application is to record all instances related to operation and maintenance activities for waste water management in Lucknow city.

Demand - purpose is to raise and record the Demand from a customer
or field staff and to perform intervention or to forward this for a diagnosis.

Diagnosis - purpose of the Diagnosis is to evaluate the demand and accordingly plan for the equipment's and resources for the field intervention.

Intervention - purpose of the Intervention is to record all the field task/issue/work remotely and send this information of intervention along with GPS coordinates, pictures, description of the work to the centralized server.
