Description

Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka in the case of "Letzkit Foundation vs. State of Karnataka and others" W.P.No.10096/2020 suo-motu got impleaded Karnataka State Legal Services Authority(KSLSA), Bengaluru as Respondent no.6 and issued directions to submit scheme for identification of vulnerable children who are into begging and hawking in the streets of Bengaluru. As per directions, a comprehensive Scheme for identification, protection and restoration/rehabilitation of vulnerable children is prepared and submitted before Hon'ble High Court. At present, KSLSA in collaboration with Strofes Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has undertaken the task of data collection survey through digital mode in "WE ARE 4 CHILD" App.
