e-POD Stellantis

Description

The purpose of the e-POD APP is to register the delivery and status of vehicles in Stellantis and dealership yards in a fully digital and online way.

Vehicle delivery registration can be done by load, which is linked to the MDF-e, or individually for each vehicle received. Both forms allow the recording of faults.

The e-POD APP also allows the dealer to register yard damages in the APP using the Damage function, which streamlines the process with insurers.

Following the technological trend, other processes were added to the e-POD with the aim of improving flows and streamlining processes. The Insurance Commission module in the e-POD APP was one of them, making the flow more efficient and helping to reduce the hours dedicated to face-to-face activities. The commission is carried out in the yards to classify and forward the vehicles involved in the logistical flow, that is, those that could not be delivered to their final destination. And this can be done completely online through the Stellantis e-POD APP.
