This contraction timer helps you keep track of the time between contractions. You can also indicate how much pain you experience during the contractions using a pain scale.
With a simple overview you can track the time between contractions and how long the contraction lasts, so you know when to call the midwife.
Afterwards you can adjust the intensity of the contraction or remove the contraction from the list.
Setup the duration and frequency time. And when you meet this conditions you will automatically get a notification to call your midwife.
