Pre-register visitors through online web interface or mobile application. Employee or admin can register visitor’s appointment on specific date and time. As soon as visitors are registered, system will trigger the workflow to complete the background checks/clearance against watch list or identity databases. Pre-print the badges before or as soon as visitor arrive at the lobby. Registered visitor will get an email about this visit scheduled.
