Facility Access App

Description

Facility Management is complete on-premise solution to manage facilities of commercial multi tenant building giving building’s facility management team ease of operations and complete snapshot of their facility utilization at a glance.
The Facility Management App would be the UI for all its users and would be the primary touchpoint for all facility management operations. The provided facility management solution largely comprises of the newly developed Facility Management App with the iApp Facility module
There are basically four users available under facility Management App,
Central Admin – The person responsible for operating the iApp software. Under Facility Management, the Central Admin creates facilities, parking spaces, and allots IDs (BLEs and Tags) to Facility Admins.
Facility Admin – The person responsible to add the facility team and register their face scans to capture attendance, send invitations to Tenant Admins, and manage all tenants defined under Agile starting from identity allotment to giving access to the facility.
Tenant Admin – The person responsible to add employees belonging to their office/unit. This person will allot identities and assign facility access to his/her employees.
End User – The employee of a tenant/owner. The end user is allowed to use only those facilities on which he is allowed access by his/her Tenant Admin. He/she can invite visitors and assign facility access to them
