SMART NAVIGATOR is the first step of PMR citizens into the world of digital technologies.
By installing Smart Navigator, you can forget about the need to have with you such documents as: a driver's license, a technical passport for a vehicle, a passport of a citizen of the PMR and many others, whose competence is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the PMR.
To take advantage of information privileges, simply download the application and sign in. To authorize in the application, you must be registered in the personal account of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the PMR.

- Displaying a unique QR code that is associated with your person.
- Sending an electronic photo of the appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the PMR
Authorization procedure:
1. Register in the personal account of the PMR Ministry of Internal Affairs.
2. Go through the identity verification procedure.
3. Log in to the application using the login and password of the verified person.
