E-People is an online public communication channel where citizens can submit all complaints, citizen suggestions, and policy discussions regarding the government. It connects to all administrative agencies (central ministries, local governments, and education offices), the judiciary, and major public institutions, and is operated by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission.

The current issue with the People's e-People app not launching, as well as the issue with https://m.epeople.go.kr/customer/privacy.do, is due to issues with proper operation.
