Kookmin Sinmungo is an Internet public communication channel where all civil complaints, public proposals, and policy discussions can be submitted to the government. It is connected to all administrative agencies (central ministries, local governments, offices of education), the judiciary, and major public institutions, and is also managed by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission. - Microphone: Used to allow you to write titles and contents by voice when making applications such as civil complaints.
- Photos and media: Used to enable attachment of photos and media files when applying for civil complaints, etc.
- Phone: Used to check the status of the device.
- Camera: Used to allow you to take photos or videos and attach them when filing a civil complaint.

- Notification: Used to display notifications.
- Location: Used to check the location of the complaint.

* If you do not agree to the optional access rights, normal use of some functions of the service may be difficult.
