Mobile Subsidiary allows you to consult and operate from your cell phone. It offers similar functionalities to our Virtual Branch.

The application has the following options:
Mutual Savings: Allows you to consult the summary of your mutual savings accounts.
Transfers: Allows you to make money transfers between your accounts, to an account of another associate, or to a bank account. Keep in mind that according to the amount to be transferred, the system may request data from your coordinate card.
Cards: Limits, expiration and balance of your Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Financial Aid: Detailed information on your current financial aid.
Term Deposits: Detailed information about your current term deposits.
Positions: Detailed information on the composition of your positions, in the last three months.
Collections: If there is debt with the Institution, here you will find detailed information about it.
Subsidies: Detailed information on mandatory and additional subsidies and on debt balance.

To enter Mobile Subsidiary, you must type the Virtual Subsidiary username and password.
