Description

During a conference, meeting, or event, exhibitors can use smithbucklin SAS to quickly scan barcodes and determine attendee authorization.
Continuous stable network connection is required for authorization checks.

License purchase is required in order to use the app.
Only functional at smithbuckin-contracted events.

What sets us apart:
- Sessions are updated with up-to-date event information during automatic sync cycles.
- App functionality based on account setup can be limited to: “App User Allowed to Select Session Only” or “View Attendees in App and Allow Report Recovery”
- View Attendees in App and Allow Report Recovery – unrestricted app functionality. User will be
able to view Attendee page and can control the email accounts used during reporting.
- Bi-directional sync occurs automatically when network is available.
- No bulky hardware is needed – you can use a mobile device’s camera to scan badges.
- Code 128, Code 39, and Code 93 barcodes are supported.
- Quick ("skip-able") walk-through instructs users on how to configure app settings.
- Ability to force all session scans to server, outside of automatic sync process.
