Welcome to Smart Parking, the innovative way to book and manage parking. We have designed it with simplicity and power in mind, to give users the flexibility to control their passes from their phone. Book parking spaces on the go through a trusted payment portal. Save your favorite spots to get a one-click access. Receive alerts before your permit expires. Review all your parking history, parking permits, revenue reports, waiting lists and more!

We are here to help you avoid the many frustrations of parking. So we created an app that will stop all the circling around the block, hunting for curb-side opening, spending time filling information at the parking machine, and/or rushing to safely vacate your space.

Our app offers real time-space availability and updates. Through Smart Parking, you will have the option to reserve a lot on the spot or even book a space days in advance. Users can locate a spot across the city and then save the parking location, book, and add a check-mark to receive notifications. When that information is added you will receive a confirmation email. In case a lot is all booked you have the choice to add yourself to the waiting list for a specific day or month.

We manage visitors and monthly parking for commercial and residential properties. If you are visiting an unit, the lot ID and passcode can be found on the fridge magnet of the visiting unit. You will need to ask the person you are visiting to provide you with this information. If you are parking at a commercial unit, you can find the lot ID on the parking sign.

Our app uses only the most trusted payment portals, so your information will remain confidential and extremely secure. We give users the power to remotely add time to their parking sessions, abort a session early to avoid wasting unused minutes, and prepay for parking. Parking transaction history is available to all registered users.

To efficiently optimize the way parking is managed, and to encourage fair and transparent transactions, we give managers the flexibility to control the use of empty parking spaces by granting site auditors the option to review all of issued tickets and transactions either by lot or code. Now the enforcement officers will be able to scan plates and see if they are associated to a QR code to verify its validity.
