Description

The major focus of this degree program is to develop professional practitioners through both the development of the relevant knowledge and understanding and the professional competencies, and skills required of the hospitality industry in the 21st Century. The graduates of the programme will have the opportunity to develop into self- confident individuals with enhanced professional skills, who respect diversity and understand cultural differences and are able to take a holistic view of the industry and hospitality related operations.
