sms2citizen is a direct communication service of Luxembourg municipalities to their subscribers. This application is complementary to the website www.sms2citizen.lu managed by your municipal administrator.
This new mobile application for elected officials and their delegates in the communes and other public institutions of Luxembourg allows them to edit and send messages to their subscribers. In addition, and in real time, the costs will be displayed and you can consult the statistics of the account of your municipality or your municipal public institution.
