list the participants and send an invitation directly to their mobile phone and that of their parents
send a message to all participants and their parents
track responses, follow up on non-responses
modify and validate the attendance register
Parents (as well as pioneers, caravels and companions) can:
receive invitations to events that concern their children
respond to the presence or absence of their children
find all the practical information related to the events
send a message to the chiefs and chieftains

Group Secretaries can:
