Description

Inclusia is an innovative digital tool for the electronic collection of real-life patient data via smartphone, tablet or website. Inclusia is used as part of the doctor-patient relationship, but also for clinical studies or cohort remote monitoring.

Used most of the time in clinical research, Inclusia offers the patient to answer quality of life questionnaires. These questionnaires can be parameterized according to the requirements of the associated study protocol.

The data collected is directly entered by the patient, fully anonymized, secure (hosting approved health data) and viewable by the investigators in real time via a web platform including a dashboard.

The Inclusia investigative platform makes it possible to manage the various aspects of a clinical study: recruitment of investigators, inclusion of patients, follow-up, piloting.

Developed with Pitié-Salpêtrière clinicians and patients, the Inclusia solution offers many features: complex and customizable questionnaires, multiple branches, notifications, photos taken, additions of attachments, voice recordings, etc.

NB: it is necessary to be a patient included in a study to use the mobile version of Inclusia. An activation code given by a health professional is required to log in.
