Sensable Health is a 26-week metabolic health program that has a uniquely balanced scientific and personalised approach. The program is designed with the belief that sustainable weight loss can only be achieved by addressing individual biology, hormones, metabolism, health and habits. We help people scientifically and intelligently lose weight long term.
Our program is designed around the scientifically proven concept of “Set Point,” a metabolism regulator that we all have, which keeps our weight steady. Sensable Health begins with a week baseline period, to see how you function on a daily basis in the four domains of Nutrition, Activity, Sleep, and Stress. This information will be used to develop a personalised weight loss approach over the next 26 weeks.
Each 26-week program is individualised and different. Over the course of the 26 weeks, Domains will be progressively introduced until you are engaged in all 4 domains. Every week you will be presented with tailored health content and personalised goals.
Staying on track with the program will allow you to attain long-term, Sensable results.
