The application to generate the disposable security codes, called OTP (One Time Password), necessary to operate on SCRIGNO.
SCRIGNOIdentiTel is the Banca Popolare di Sondrio app for generating the OTP codes, necessary to access SCRIGNO and to authorize transaction operations.
SCRIGNOIdentiTel allows you to operate online with maximum ease and security thanks to the "advanced authentication methods", Push IdentiTel and QR IdentiTel. These methods are characterized by the fact that the user immediately views the essential data of the operation in the app before simply confirming it with biometrics or by entering a dedicated PIN. The OTP code generated is passed to SCRIGNO automatically, for maximum speed and security.

The manual method of generating the OTP code is also available, which in this case will appear on the smartphone display and must be reported on the SCRIGNOInternet Banking page. If SCRIGNOapp is used, this step will take place automatically.

SCRIGNOIdentiTel is able to generate unique and specific OTP codes for the ongoing operation, in order to minimize the risk of fraud. For this reason it is important to preferably use the advanced authentication methods and verify in the detail shown in the app the summary data of the operation you are about to authorize and whose OTP code will be generated and sent to SCRIGNO.
