Please update your mobile device’s operating system to Android 11 or the latest versions before 15 March 2025. Go to ‘Settings’, locate ‘Software Update’, followed by ‘Download and Install’. If your current mobile phone model doesn’t support update to Android 11 and above, please use an alternative mobile phone model that supports Android 11 and above. You can also reach out to your service manager to initiate the request for a physical token issued by Standard Chartered.

Straight2Bank mobile app has updated its security certificate key from MD5 to SHA2 since August 2022, to adopt a stronger and more resilient cryptographic standard.
If your Straight2Bank mobile app was last installed prior to August 2022, you would be using the old security certificate key in the app. You would need to uninstall and re-install the Straight2Bank mobile app to update the Android security certificate key to the latest.
