Registration and obtaining an access password are provided after presentation of documents confirming registration or ownership of an apartment and are possible in two versions:
when visiting the points of the subscriber department of LLC "CENTER-SBK Dzerzhinsk", located in all divisions of the MFC and the Center for work with the population of the management company "Upravdom";
online by filling out a simple form and attaching scanned copies or photos of supporting documents (in this case, the password will be sent by mail or SMS, and all attached files will be deleted after registration).
