This app consists of key insurance services, including MY Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, insurance claims, premium payments, loan applications/repayments, and auto accident reporting.

[Supported OS]
- Android 7.0 or higher

[Supported Resolutions]
- Optimized for 1280 x 720 resolution (1920x1280, 2560x1440)

- The landscape screen may not be fully displayed at resolutions lower than 1280 x 720.

[Supported Devices]
- Optimized for Samsung and LG smartphones. Tablets are not supported.

[Access Permissions]
We provide information on the access permissions required to use the service.
Access permissions are divided into required and optional permissions.
Optional permissions require consent to use the corresponding function.

Even if you do not grant permission, you can still use the service.

- Storage: Photos, joint certificate, security program (V3)
□ Optional Permissions
- Camera: Scanning insurance claim QR codes, taking photos of documents
- Location Information: Confirming location for emergency dispatch, service network, etc.
- Phone: Digital ARS
- Apps displayed over other apps: Digital ARS
- Contact Information: Electronic signature authentication

[Security]
For safe financial transactions, the service cannot be used on devices that have been modified, such as those rooted.

For modified devices, please reset the device by contacting the manufacturer's A/S center or other authorized service center before use.
* Rooting: Obtaining administrator privileges on a smartphone running the Android operating system. This means that the device's OS has been modified, either by tampering with it or by malware.
