Description

This application is the official application of Panti Rapih Hospital in Yogyakarta.

The application provides healthcare services including outpatient registration, telemedicine, medical record linking, viewing doctor schedules, viewing laboratory results, viewing inpatient room availability, and monitoring patient queue status.

In addition, the application includes an optional fitness feature, "Slimwell," for users enrolled in the Anti-Obesity Clinic program. This feature allows users to view physical activity (step count) and sleep data retrieved from the device's health platform, as well as provide general health tips.

Activity and sleep data are displayed for informational and fitness purposes only, are not used for diagnosis or medical decisions, and require explicit consent from the user.

- Registering an Account

To use the application, first register an account by filling in your name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address, and password.

- Linking a Medical Record Number

Link your Panti Rapih Hospital patient's medical record number to your account via the Linked Medical Record List menu to begin registering for check-ups, view queue status, and check-up history.
