Description

Risk assessments require consideration of various parameters. According to the needs of your company use the Manage parameters by adding your own records for Robots & Machines.

For your convenience, we are providing you commonly used risk assessment parameters. Additionally, you can always add your company-specific parameters and manage Tasks, Sub Tasks, Hazards, SafeGuards, Protective Measures, and more. While adding and removing various parameters system will automatically make sure that you accidentally do not remove any parameters that have been in use already by your existing systems.

3. Required PL= Performance level identified during your initial Risk assessment.
Reached PL= Lowest performance level of Safety devices used within the safety function.
4. STATUS = Green, if Required PL>= Reached PL
STATUS = Red, if Required PL< Reached PL
5. Final Verification requires re-assessing the values of SEVERITY, EXPOSURE, and AVOIDANCE.
6. Optionally, enter verification methods, and comments.
7. Complete verification.

5. Final Verification requires re-assessing the values of SEVERITY, EXPOSURE, and AVOIDANCE.
6. Optionally, enter verification methods, and comments.
7. Complete verification.

Validation
The Validation checklist items will automatically show up based on the selected safety function type. You can manage and standardize your company-specific checklist for the various function types. Validator won’t be able to make final approval if any checklist answer is “Fail” .
