Description

Features of the book:

The book is compiled from Matlu and Gaire Matlu only.

2 / The Islamic Shariah has used three thousand doubtful hadiths to compose the Shari'ah. The book contains three thousand suspected hadiths omitted. Because the document containing doubt about religion is not acceptable.

3 / Qiyas or comparisons have been accepted as documents in the principle of Islamic Shariah. Because Kias cannot be a religious document.

3 / The doctrine of Islamic law has been adopted as a document. Ezema has been omitted in this book. Because Allah Ta'ala, the author of the religion, with whom does Allah Ta'ala work? Allah does not need His full enlightenment. Allah has perfected religion.

The law of Islamic Shariah is more than eleven million seventy thousand. And the verses of the ruling of Islam are five hundred, its laws are about five thousand. Islam is not practiced in the present world. There is a practice of Islamic law. Therefore, I have written in this book the name of "Islamic Law" (Tafsir - Ayatul Ahkam), separating the five thousand laws of Islam (about) from more than eleven million laws of Islamic Shariah.

1 / The book is written in the document by the jnani or doubt-laden document, and the only doubtful document or document in the kitya dawa, except for ajma and kiyas.
