RFMS Mobile

Description

RFMS Mobile*, the companion app to the RFMS Business Management Software, provides access to your customers quotes and orders from anywhere! With RFMS Mobile you’re no longer chained to your desk. Use your mobile device to create new quotes and orders with real time access to products, inventory quantities and even attach photos to a quote, order or line item.

RFMS Mobile also works along with Measure Mobile to create/update Quotes, Orders and BidPro Estimates from Measure projects.

Customers

Order Entry

· Create RFMS quotes or orders#
· Search for existing quotes or orders
· Edit existing quotes or export them to an order#
· Attach photos to line items or the quote/order
· View existing PDF attachments or include them in the Quote/Order document
· Post payments to an Order
· Create a PDF Quote, Order or BidPro Estimate document to email, share or print for your customer

· Create a Point of Sale order
· Add to existing orders used to sell supplies to installer crews
· Search available inventory
· Place line items into Cut status
· Create a pick up document only
